Extremely disappointing experience. I drove nearly two hours for a consultation after this office called me that morning and offered me a cancellation appointment around 10:30 or 11:00. When I arrived, I had reasonable questions about imaging and charges. I had recently had X-rays and a 3D scan completed through my dentist, so I asked why additional imaging was clinically necessary and why I would be charged $100 to have a 3D scan interpreted. I ultimately agreed to the fee and cooperated with getting my referral and previous imaging sent to the office. I was then told that a room was ready for me and that it would be approximately another 10 minutes. Instead, I continued waiting. The explanations for the delay changed, including insurance verification and later characterizing me as an emergency/walk-in appointment. That was not how the appointment had been presented to me when the office called me that morning. The interaction with the staff member at the front also left me feeling judged and uncomfortable when I questioned the charges. I can't say enough about how amazing everyone is in this office. Our daughter had to have a root canal and our dentist recommended we go here. Our daughter has pretty significant anxiety around the dentist and was dreading the visit. Everyone there was super supportive and helped her through the process. After having to return a couple of times for follow ups her anxiety is gone she's totally comfortable and I give credit where credit is due. If you are looking for someone to treat your root canal look no further.

I needed an emergency root canal after a tooth became very painful and they were so quick to fit me in! The staff seem to enjoy working with each other, which in turn made my experience so much better. They were also able to help calm my dental anxiety through thorough explanations, calm and confident presence, and ensuring I was well taken care of during my visit.

I was extremely comfortable walking in. The people are welcoming and incredibly nice. I absolutely loved the homie feel to the office. Everyone is welcomed with open arms and is treated like family. I was very nervous about my procedure but the doctor and nurses made it such a smooth process for me. She even opened up to me about her own personal experiences. I felt like I was in good hands! I was in & out but still cared for. Thank you to the incredible staff and the doctor etc.

I highly recommend CARE Endodontics. My dentist referred me after having tooth pain. While a root canal is not the most fun experience, they had excellent customer service from start to finish. Every interaction was top notch. They were warm and friendly but also answered questions. I was able to get my root canal issue resolved the day after I called. Dr. Julie was incredible - very personable and knowledgeable but made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you CARE endodontics for taking such great care of me. I appreciate it and will be sending referrals your way in the future.
